But I've kinda been spoiled already (due to google) about the name of the demon Megumin first saw do explosion + the connection to the cat. What's weird is that upon rewatching I'm realizing Megumin figured out the cat is the dark god BUT I don't recall them ever confirming that the cat AND Megumin's demon with the big boobs might be the same...? I'm gonna read the light novels anyway.

Well she was always among the smarter ones, she just don't show it at times. Even Kazuma said he can fool Darkness & Aqua but trying to deceive Megumin is tricky. Back in Season 2 I think.
